Job Location: Burgh-le-Marsh (near Skegness)
Grade/Salary: G3, Point 6-9 (£14.18/hour - £14.86/hour)
Term: Temporary for the time that the child is on roll at our school
Start date: Tuesday 2nd September 2025

We are looking to appoint a skilled, flexible and enthusiastic One to One Teaching Assistant to support children in Key Stage 2 with behaviour and learning needs as identified in their EHCPs.

The role will involve, but is not limited to:
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide support for additional needs, enhance development and facilitate inclusion
• Liaising with parents, classteachers and the SENDCo
• Working in partnership with a range of external agencies
• Contributing to and attending Annual Reviews and other review meetings
• Facilitating the implementation of the EHCP

We are looking for someone who:
• Has GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Is able to support children with specific learning needs identified above.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills
• Is resilient and able to cope with the demands of the post.
• Works in a calm, caring but firm and supportive manner.
• Works well within a team but can use their own initiative to help the child develop.
• Can recognise that children need to develop independence to allow them to build on life skills
• Personifies our school’s core values.

Fluency Duty
