We currently have a temporary vacancy in our supportive small school. The school is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, effective and inspirational 1:1 Teaching Assistant at Clough & Risegate Community Primary School, Spalding, to work with pupils who have an ECHP.
The pupils require support to ensure that there are as many opportunities to enable them to integrate and socialise with their peers as possible and to be able to access the curriculum. Knowledge and experience of working within the Early Years /KS1 and /or with SEND would be beneficial.
The Governing Body is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant who:
• Will actively support and enhance the Vision and Values of our school.
• Is pro-active and conscientious about enhancing the education of pupils and supporting and promoting the positive work of the school.
• Has a positive, warm and welcoming personality with the ability to communicate well with children, parents, staff and Governors alike.
• Understands how pupils learn and how best to support them to success.
• Is organised and pays attention to detail, carrying out the role with precision, kindness, care and enthusiasm.
• Experience of working with children with special educational needs.
• Willing to undertake elements of personal care.

Fluency Duty
