Sturton by Stow Primary School, School Lane, Sturton by Stow, Lincoln, LN1 2BY are seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their Team.

Salary: £24,796 - £25,989 FTE (£10,797 - £11,316 Pro Rata)
Hours per week: 16.5
This post is to support an existing pupil in KS1 who has additional learning needs. The post holder will be required to work 2 full days and one half day (16.5 hours) per week, for 39 weeks. This role is fixed term and subject to the child remaining a pupil at Sturton By Stow School and commences 2nd November 2026.
This post will involve class-based support and the delivery of various intervention programmes. The successful candidate will also be involved in the preparation of resources, record-keeping, and liaison with the teaching team, parents, and external agencies. Previous experience of working with children with additional needs would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated, be able to work flexibly, demonstrate excellent communication skills, use their own initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
