Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspiring leader to guide the academy into its next phase of development. As part of a highly successful Multi-Academy Trust, you will be well supported by experienced senior leaders across our primary, special and secondary schools who actively share expertise and best practice. A strong central services team provides high-quality support in finance, HR and operational matters, working closely with school leaders to enable a clear focus on teaching, learning and pupil wellbeing.

As Academy Headteacher, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of the school, including direct line management of teaching and support staff. You will also act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing all safeguarding arrangements and ensuring the highest standards of care and protection for pupils.
