Job Introduction
Infinity Academies Trust are looking to appoint an Administrator to be based at Scampton Pollyplatt Community Primary School. This role is varied due to the size of the school. The Administrator will need to be able to organise the day to day running of the general office, be a team player with initiative, have great interpersonal skills and be committed to ensuring the experience of all pupils, parents, staff and visitors when working in/visiting the school is a positive one.
The successful candidate will:

• Have a cheerful, warm and welcoming personality with the ability to communicate with adults and children alike.
• Be able to organise the day-to-day running of the general office.
• Be reliable, efficient, flexible, organised and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines
• Be able to work part of a team and be willing to learn
Candidates should have:
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or an equivalent qualification.
Good ICT skills including use of Microsoft Office programmes including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
Experience of working in an office environment
Experience of using an MIS
Understanding of Safeguarding duties and responsibilities
Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential as training and support will be provided.
This position is for 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday), term time only plus five training days.
