The Cliff Federation is looking for a dynamic, brave and inspiring Base Leader / Senior Teacher.
To assume responsibility for the Willoughton Primary School site in the absence of the Headteacher (who works between the federated schools).
We have an exciting opportunity for secondment into leadership, owing to the relocation of our current Base Leader.
This would suit an ambitious middle leader or somebody with senior leadership experience, who has the skillset, drive and tenacity to take on the responsibility of this role.
We are looking for someone who will be ambitious for our school and put the children at the centre of everything they do.
This person must have kindness by the abundance and an ability to build warm and positive relationships with all who they meet.
They must be hardworking, passionate and able to lead by example. Ideally, the teaching commitment will be in the Y5/6 mixed class but this will be dependent on the candidate’s experience.
