Job Introduction
Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team on a temporary basis for the 2025–26 academic year.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work 0.4 FTE (Thursday and Friday) in our nurturing Early Years setting, where we place high value on play-based learning, creativity, and the development of the whole child.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a secure understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.
• Creates a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Builds strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Brings energy, creativity, and a reflective approach to their teaching.
• Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes to wider school life.
