The successful candidate will:
• Demonstrate secure knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative staff team
• Build strong professional relationships with pupils, parents and carers
• Will be able to coordinate a subject area
• Show commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Fluency Duty
