Deputy Nursery Manager

Job Introduction

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Deputy Manager to join the Hemswell Cliff Primary School Team as we open a brand-new Nursery facility for a September 2025 intake. Reporting directly to the Headteacher / Base Leader, this is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role as we shape our new provision which will cater for up to eight 3 - 4 year olds.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good to outstanding practices built on a solid understanding of the EYFS. You will need to be organised, proactive and have the ability to develop good relationships with staff, children and parents alike.
We are looking for someone who will provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children are at the forefront of all you do. You will be able to deliver a wide range of creative and enjoyable inside and outside activities to ensure a secure and welcoming Teaching and Learning environment.

We want to recruit staff that engage and inspire both pupils and colleagues. Ideal candidates will be resilient, hardworking and passionate about giving children the best start possible.

Fluency Duty
