In The EYFS Classroom
Create & Stimulate: Build a safe, inclusive space where play-based learning sparks curiosity and growth.
Inspire Growth: Utilise reflective practice to ensure every child receives the bespoke support and challenge they need to excel.
Build Foundations: Drive excellence through a vibrant curriculum designed to support, inspire, and unlock every child’s potential.
As Our SENCo Strategic Vision: Determine the development of SEN policy and provision across the school.
Day-to-Day Leadership: Coordinate specific provisions for pupils with SEND or disabilities.
Guide & Collaborate: Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies.
Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced teacher or an existing/aspiring SENDCo who brings:
A Passion for Inclusion: A deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and a commitment to raising standards.
Relational Excellence: The ability to build strong, positive bonds with pupils, staff, and stakeholders.
Proactive Leadership: Excellent organisational skills and the flexibility to navigate an evolving educational landscape.

Fluency Duty
