Job Introduction
We require an experienced, committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at West Butterwick CE Primary Academy from the 1st September 2025. The successful applicant will either hold a Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent e.g. HLTA) or similar.

The successful applicant will be required to teach in any year group across the school (from Reception to Year 6) if a teacher is absent and/or teach groups of pupils within a class. This will include day to day cover for periods of sickness or other absence. The successful applicant will be required to deliver and mark lessons that you cover, under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher. Planning will be given to you to follow by a qualified teacher.
Contract Type - permanent Part time (32.5 hours per week, term time + 5 training days, 39 weeks per annum + 5 training days)
