Family Support Worker

Job Introduction

Start date: September 2025.

St John’s Primary Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Family Support Worker to work 24 hours 40 minutes a week, 6 hours 10 minutes per day, over 4 days, to work with children in need and their families, to promote, strengthen and develop the potential of parents/carers and children. You will join our friendly and successful team, where our supportive and dedicated staff are committed to delivering the best educational opportunities and outcomes for all our students.

This vacancy would suit individuals who are passionate about working with children, have good interpersonal skills and experience of working with different agencies, to support children and their families. English and Maths GCSE grade A-C are essential.

Fluency Duty
