We are seeking a Finance and Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in driving our organisation’s efficiency and financial health. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives on being part of a supportive and dedicated team and one who is able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in an agile and approachable way.


The primary function of this role is to ensure that financial planning, systems, management and reporting is of the highest standard, leading to financial stability and sustainability as an organisation. In addition to this, the Finance and Operations Lead will be responsible for the leadership of a highly competent administrative team. The Finance and Operations Lead is a member of the strategic team, making a major contribution to the strategic direction of the organisation.


The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in finance, a keen eye for operational excellence, and the ability to lead with both analytical rigor and empathy.
