Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust are looking for a HR & Payroll Team Leader to join their team.
Based at: Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust Head Office at Louth Academy - Lower Campus, North Holme Road, Louth, LN11 0HG
Required: 1 January 2026 or sooner
Annual Salary: LGAT 22 – 26 (£40,187 - £44,706) dependent on qualifications and experience
Hours: 37 per week – 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am – 4pm on Friday
Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Team Leader to work with the Trust HR Manager and team. The HR function forms part of a central Trust team supporting over 700 employees working in our 11 Academies across the Lincolnshire area. The successful candidate will;
· Be supporting Principals and senior leaders across the Trust by delivering a high-quality service, primarily focusing on payroll, recruitment and onboarding.
· Have extensive HR experience, preferably within the education sector
· Hold a relevant HR and/or Payroll qualification or be working towards one
· Work confidently with our external payroll bureau to ensure delivery of accurate payroll and pension provision
· Have experience with HR MIS systems and statutory reporting
· Have a high degree of flexibility to cover the demands of the role including driving to sites within our Trust for meetings
· Be organised, proactive and able to work to strict deadlines
