We are looking to appoint a dynamic, and skilled Headteacherstarting in January 2026. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and daily operations of the school, working closely with the Trust central team to foster a creative, positive, successful, and ambitious school.

You will join a very ambitious and forward-thinking organisation, so we are seeking outstanding candidates who want to develop themselves to support our educational vision, provide strong leadership and effective support to ensure all pupils and staff meet their potential.

Continuing to teach part time is an important aspect of the Headteacher role at Harrowby and you will be able to demonstrate inspirational practice in this area
.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
