KS1 Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Job Introduction

The children, Head Teacher, staff and governors of Waddingham Primary School are seeking to appoint a KS1 Class Teacher (Maternity Cover) to join our supportive, happy and enthusiastic team from September 2025. The position would suit an energetic and inspirational practitioner who has the flexibility to teach in a mixed-year group class. This position would suit an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner. We are looking for someone who can offer teaching that challenges and inspires children to be the best they can be; someone who is able to demonstrate excellent practice and has high expectations.

Waddingham Primary School is small rural school with big ambitions for its children and community, where children are keen to learn and enjoy coming to school. We work closely with all stakeholders to promote children’s development and enjoyment of learning and offer a friendly and supportive working atmosphere, where personal professional development is actively encouraged.

You will:
