Midday Supervisory Assistant

Job Introduction

The Head Teacher and Governors of St Michael’s Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team and support and supervise children at lunchtime. 


Job: Midday Supervisory Assistant Salary: G2 Level 3
Contract Type: Permanent
Appointment Type: Term Time Only, 10 hours per week, 38 weeks per year


The successful candidate will:
• Be responsible for the supervision of children inside or outside; maintaining good order.
• Promoting positive behaviour and play, ensuring that our pupils are happy and safe during the lunchtime period and dealing with any minor accidents.
• Support the service of hot lunches (delivered by an external provider);
• Enjoy working as part of a team and be able to use their own initiative

Fluency Duty
