Based at Wyberton Primary Academy (Little Oaks Nursery)
Start date: 5th January 2026
Hours of work: 30 hours per week, 8.45am – 3.15pm – Monday to Friday

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Nursery Assistant to work in our Nursery within our EYFS setting. The following attributes are desirable:
· Knowledge and awareness of Early Years framework
· Knowledge and awareness of Safeguarding children in Early Years
· Ability to make positive interactions with children to develop oracy
· Willingness to lead small group activities
· Confident to share creative ideas that enhance the planning and learning environment.
· Ability to be flexible and an enthusiastic team player.
Applicants should have achieved Grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent and a minimum of a Level 2 diploma in childcare. Experience of working within early years is essential.
