We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Lead to join our caring and committed team. Role Overview 

As our Pastoral Lead, you will:

Work closely with the Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teachers to provide direct support to children and families, offering practical guidance and early help where needed. Be a trusted and visible presence in school, providing pastoral and nurture support to pupils on a daily basis and promoting restorative practice across the school. Take on the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils. Where appropriate, act as Lead Professional for Team Around the Child (TAC) cases, coordinating support and communication between school, home and external agencies. Lead on Mental Health and Wellbeing, championing a whole-school approach that promotes resilience, emotional literacy and positive mental health for both pupils and staff.

Full Time 37hrs/week Grade G6 : 15 - 18£30,024 - £32,597 (pro rata)

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
