Infinity Academies Trust (IAT) has an exciting opportunity to join our constantly evolving Trust. We are growing and so we have an opportunity to welcome new talent into our central team! The role of Payroll and HR Officer is a newly created role within the trust to support our 17 Academies and Central Team all based in Lincolnshire.

About the Role

The Payroll & HR Officer will report directly to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR Officers and other colleague across the trust. This role will deliver an accurate, compliant and timely payroll service across the trust in addition providing high quality HR support to academies and the central teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring that staff ae paid correctly, processes run smoothly and the whole team receive confident, practical guidance aligned with Trust policies.
