We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Play Coordinator to come and join our fantastic team. This role involves organising and delivering high quality games and activities with our wonderful children during lunchtimes. Applications from candidates with a range of relevant experiences and the right skills for the position are warmly welcomed.

We are looking for a Play Coordinator who:
• Is committed to building positive relationships with children and colleagues alike.
• Is upbeat and energetic with a wide repertoire of sporting and game based outdoor activities for children.
• Is able to lead groups of children with clarity, boundaries and enthusiasm.
• Is calm, kind and has clear expectations which they are able to instill with the young people with whom they work.
• Is able to work ‘at a child’s level’ through clear communication, explanation and empathy.
• Is highly organised and self-motivated.
• Is committed to being involved in the full life of the school.
• Can work as part of a team.

Fluency Duty
