Start Date: 2nd June 2025 (earlier starts may be considered).
Contract Type: 32.5 hours per week for term-time only - 39 weeks per year.

We are looking for someone to share their warm heart and be the sunshine for our children and staff as our School Administrator. Our family feel team are looking forward to welcoming a dynamic, encouraging and caring School Administrator you will spread their magic by being able to;
- Represent the school in a positive and professional manner, remaining calm under pressure.
- Demonstrate an efficient, professional approach and the ability to set up processes, systems and databases quickly.
- Manage the school office, including meeting diary management, checking payroll, attendance records and safer recruitment.
- Promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and strategically ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the school’s learning.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders such as parents/carers and outside agencies.
- Work on several administration tasks and be able to switch between them, showing the ability to prioritise workload.
