We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Senior Midday Supervisor to lead our lunchtime team and help ensure that lunchtimes are safe, enjoyable and positive for all children.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in school life, supporting children's wellbeing, behaviour and safety whilst supervising and supporting a brilliant team of Midday Supervisory Assistants.


We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience of working with children and understands the importance of creating a safe, positive and inclusive environment
• Has experience of leading, supervising or supporting other staff
• Can communicate effectively with children, staff and parents
• Is calm, confident and fair when dealing with behaviour and minor incidents
• Has strong organisational skills and can support the smooth running of lunchtime provision
• Leads by example and demonstrates warmth, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising children throughout the lunchtime period, supporting the organisation of lunchtime routines and overseeing the work of our Midday Supervisory Assistants to ensure a consistent and high-quality lunchtime experience for all pupils.

Fluency Duty
