Teaching Assistant (1-1 Contract)

Dates: September 2026
Location: Based at Holton le Clay Infant School
(and will be expected to work across the federation, if needed)
Pay grade: G3.6

We are seeking four, full time, enthusiastic and flexible teaching assistants, to work with individual pupils generally, on a 1-1 basis (although you may also be required to work with groups and / or within classrooms).

The successful candidate will:
 Have a flexible, creative and very enthusiastic approach to pupils with high levels of special educational needs
 Have high expectations of pupils.
 Have a committed and caring approach.
 Work well individually and as a dedicated team member.
 Carefully follow the planning and routines as directed
 Support the school with extracurricular activities.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
