We are looking to appoint a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic individual to support the teaching and learning in our Early Years Foundation Stage class.
The successful applicant will:
• be highly skilled in supporting children within the classroom, previous experience in EYFS would be an advantage
• have strong verbal and written skills for interacting with staff, parents, and children
• be naturally nurturing, approachable, and have an empathetic personality to ensure all children flourish within an inclusive and supportive environment
• have a calm demeanour when handling challenging behaviours or emotional needs
• have knowledge and experience of interventions to securing excellent rates of progress and attainment
• enjoy working collaboratively in a team, supporting the work of the teacher
• be flexible and adaptable
• be committed to their own professional development

Fluency Duty
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
