Job Introduction

William Farr Church of England Comprehensive School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (Level 1) to join our high successful school.

Job Information:

•Temporary until 22nd July 2026
•Monday to Friday 8.45am – 3.45pm (30 hours a week)
•Term time only plus inset days (39 weeks a year)
•WFS 3 (6-8) £24,027 – £24,811 pro rata (£16,659.93 - £17,203.54)

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
