Pay Scale: Grade 3 (6-9) £24,796 FTE (Actual £17,512)
Work Schedule: 27.5 hours (Monday – Thursday 8:30-2:45 Friday 8:30-1:00)
Start Date: 14th April 2026
We are seeking to appoint a nurturing, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our special educational needs school.

Based in Sleaford, Willow School offers an exciting and varied role for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs. In this position you will:
· Provide learning and care support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
· Work with the teacher to plan and deliver activities
· Support pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management
