Dunham on Trent (C of E) Primary are seeking to appoint a Temporary Teaching Assistant:


Duration: initially until the 31st August 2027

Actual salary: Approx £25,158 per annum NJC Grade 2, points 4

Hours of work: 32.5 hours a week

Monday 8.40am to 11.40am and 12.10pm to 3.40pm
Tuesday 8.40am to 11.40am and 12.10pm to 3.40pm
Wednesday 8.40am to 11.40am and 12.10pm to 3.40pm
Thursday 8.40am to 11.40am and 12.10pm to 3.40pm
Friday 8.40am to 11.40am and 12.10pm to 3.40pm

The Governors of Dunham on Trent C of E Primary School are looking to appoint a temporary, Teaching Assistant (32.5 hours per week) to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team.


The successful candidate will work across EYFS and Key Stage 1, with a primary focus on providing dedicated one-to-one support to a child with SEND. They will also work with small groups of children within these key stages as needed and demonstrate flexibility to support across all year groups. Collaborating closely with Class Teachers, the Teaching Assistant will help to achieve high standards of learning and achievement. We are seeking a confident and adaptable Teaching Assistant who can effectively support and challenge children in their primary education while upholding our Christian ethos.
