We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with a Year 6 pupil, providing individual support to help them access learning, develop independence and enjoy their time at school.

You will have:
A caring, patient and approachable nature
Experience of working with children in a primary school setting
A positive and nurturing approach, with the child at the centre of all you do
The ability to build positive relationships with children and work effectively as part of a team
A good understanding of how to support children with additional educational needs
A qualification suitable for the post, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
The ability to work calmly, consistently and flexibly in response to the needs of the child

Fluency Duty
