We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). This role is ideal for a caring, enthusiastic, and patient individual who is passionate about making a difference in a child’s learning journey.

The successful candidate will:

✔ Provide tailored support to develop the pupil’s communication skills and independence.

Salary: £21,267 - £22,291 FTE (Actual salary depending on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary – While the child remains in the school.
Salary Grade: G3 Scale Point 6-9
Hours: 32.5 Hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days
Closing Date: Wednesday 1st October at 9am
Fluency Duty
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
