1:1 Teaching Assistant

Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Baston CE Primary School.  This is a school where children and adults have fun, work hard and achieve our very best.  You will hear much laughter and see smiling faces when you visit us, but you will also see good quality work in every part of our school.  

This temporary post may be offered as a full-time position (30 hours) or split into two part-time appointments covering morning and afternoon sessions. Hours will be discussed at interview.

The successful candidate(s) will be working with individual children who have an Education Health and Care Plan. This post(s) is temporary until such time that assistance is no longer needed or the child leaves the school.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
