Toynton All Saints Primary School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Early Years team! We are a small village school in rural East Lindsey, with wonderful children who love to learn. Our Early Years Chestnuts and Little Acorns class has a mixture of Nursery and Reception children and we are looking for the right person to support with their development. Could it be you?
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and wider staff team to:
• Assist with delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
• Support children’s personal, social and emotional development
• Contribute to creating an engaging, play-based Early Years environment
• Assist with observations and assessments
The successful candidate will:
• Have a warm, patient and positive approach to, and a love of working with young children
• Show initiative, flexibility and a genuine passion for Early Years education
• Work well as part of an Early Years and wider staff team and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
• Be committed to inclusive practice and supporting the needs of all learners
