Job Introduction
Wragby Primary School are looking for two 1:1 teaching assistants who:
Are patient, caring, dedicated and enthusiastic
Can work creatively and independently
Are keen to work as part of our successful and friendly team, including working in partnership with the teaching team and other support staff
Can support their 1:1 child/small groups of children to access their learning and play, pastorally making learning exciting and helping children to reach their full potential
Are flexible and will go that extra mile to ensure high standards and the best opportunities for the child in their care
Have experience of supporting the development of social and communication skills.
Understanding and experience of the following would also be of benefit:
- colourful semantics
- attention autism
- sensory circuits
- supporting play
- supporting co-regulation
- supporting the development of self-care skills.
Have experience of supporting a child with complex needs.
Experience of EYFS preferred (post 1)
Experience of KS1 preferred (post 2)

Two Posts
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: TA1, G3.6 - Post 1 £24,796 Post 2 pro rata £19073.85
Hours:
Post 1: Initially 9:15am – 12.15pm phased hours to be increased to 25 hours per week
Post 2: Initially 9:15am – 12.15pm phased hours to be increased to 32.5 hours per week
