Job Introduction


ADMINISTRATOR (Part-Time, Temporary)
Contract: 15 hours per week.
Salary: NJC 6 £25,989 per annum pro rata.

This large secondary Academy is seeking a committed and self-motivated professional who can support our leadership and teaching teams by providing an outstanding administration service.

Working as part of a small team, this role will be responsible for ensuring that the administration of the day to day functions of the Academy function smoothly and effectively. A solid background in administration is essential, and you will possess proven skills in MS office functions, superb attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills, and a positive “can do” attitude.

Knowledge and experience of the requirements of a large secondary school, especially regarding attendance, would be an advantage, but more important will be your, calmness under pressure, ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively, and good attention to detail. You will need to be resilient and have the ability to ensure critical tasks are completed without losing sight of the bigger picture. Working in a secondary school is extremely busy and can be challenging, but we promise that it is also very rewarding, and no two days are the same.
