ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Grade 3 Scale Point 6 (£21,267 fte)
Start date 5th January 2026, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks a year, term time plus 5 training days.
South View Community Primary School requires a well-motivated and dedicated person to work as part of our welcoming and professional administration team to provide an efficient front of house service for visitors, staff and students.
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, have proven IT skills including Excel and Word. Knowledge of management systems such as Arbour, ParentMail etc and of working in a school setting would be preferable. Confidentiality and excellent inter-personal skills are of paramount importance.

Working hours are 8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am-3:30pm Fridays with a half hour lunch.

Fluency Duty
