We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join us at the beginning of July 2026. The successful candidate will work within the administration team based in the school office and will be confident managing administrative tasks, the demands of a busy school office plus being one of the first point of contacts for parents, children and visitors to the school.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a welcoming, calm, and professional presence
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning school systems
• Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
• Is willing to undertake first aid training and become one of the community of staff with responsibility for first aid.
The role is 37 hours per week for 40 weeks per year.
8.30am to 4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm Friday.
This includes 8 full days during the school holidays, 5 at the beginning of the summer, 1 day during the Easter break and 2 further days to be agreed. There are also 4 (equivalent of 2 days) training sessions after school that the successful candidate will be required to attend.
Grade 4, Salary Range £25989 to £27254 pro-rata
Actual per annum £22788 to £23904
