They will organise and lead the rhythm of Sixth Form life, from major milestone events such as Open Evening, Year 11 Results and Enrolment Day, and Year 13 Prom and Leavers’ Day, to the efficient management of daily routines and systems within College House.

Working closely with the Sixth Form Team, the successful candidate will also contribute to pastoral systems and student welfare processes, promoting high expectations, strong attendance, and exceptional student conduct. They will play a key role in fostering a calm, aspirational, and purposeful Sixth Form environment where all students are supported to succeed.
