Job Introduction
- North Kesteven Academy requires a Caretaker (required as soon as possible).

- Contract: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
The post holder will, as part of a team, be responsible for the day to day security, safety, cleanliness and general maintenance of this large Academy site. You will work a combination of earlies/lates and standard days. As part of that working pattern, you will have specific responsibility for opening in the morning and securing the Academy site in the evening and will often work alone after normal school hours. Applicants should be able to work flexibly and be able to use initiative and prioritise tasks effectively. We are particularly keen to hear from all round “handy” individuals who have some practical skills to employ, a good work ethic, and lots of common sense. You must be able to demonstrate an affinity for working with secondary age students.

Fluency Duty
