Job Introduction
We have 2 class teaching posts available which could be in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, dependent on the strengths of the successful candidates (starting September 2026), as well as a teacher with SEN experience to lead a SEN Hub classroom (potential start date of 1st June 2026).
Fosse Way Academy is a large, popular, busy and successful school with wonderful pupils, a supportive Governing Body and a great team of people working for the benefit of the children.
For September 2026 we are looking for people of the highest calibre to join our teaching staff. The successful candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic and set high personal standards for teaching and pupil achievement. Being able to work in a team is essential and a flexible, creative approach to teaching is also necessary.

Fluency Duty
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
