Job Introduction
At Helpringham Primary Academy, we are seeking a creative and dynamic teacher to join our friendly and supportive team and lead our Key Stage 1 class. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor learning, a good understanding of adaptive teaching, a proven track record of excellent communication and a good sense of humour! Visits to the school are strongly encouraged.
This is a full time, temporary, one year post with a start date of September 1st 2026.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and enabling classroom environment.
Supporting children’s personal, social, emotional, and academic development.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
Maintaining accurate observations and records to track progress.
Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing remain at the centre of practice.
