COVER SUPERVISOR
For September 2025
We have a fantastic and rewarding opportunity for a cover supervisor to join our dedicated and supportive team. We are an 11-18 comprehensive school on the outskirts of Lincoln.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a calm manner, who has the ability to motivate our students to complete the work set in the absence of their teacher.
You will be required to facilitate learning and support students to complete work set by staff; at all times modelling our Academy values of kindness, respect, aspiration, resilience and community.
Experience of working with young people and supporting their academic studies is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a good standard of general education, including English, Maths and IT skills is essential.
A full induction programme will be offered.
Full and Part-Time positions available, Term Time only
Salary Scale SCP 5 - 8 (£21,204 - £22,232 p.a. This is the actual Salary based on 32.5 hours per week; Plus, attractive pension and ‘Cycle to Work’ Scheme
