• Salary Range: WFS Grade 4 (9-11) £25,183 - £25,909 Pro rata (£11,939.67 - £12,283.88) depending on experience
• Part time and 40 weeks per year
• Start Date 15th September 2025 onwards

• We are seeking someone to oversee the resources for the department
• Oversee the day-to-day support of lessons and classroom resourcing, including photocopying and assisting in the preparation of materials
• Assisting during practical lessons as required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Skills and Qualification Required:
• Good numeracy/literacy skills.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C (4-9) essential
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to keep sensitive information private and maintain Confidentiality.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both adults and students.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organisation.
• Good time keeping and punctuality

William Farr is a popular, oversubscribed, rural Church of England comprehensive school, near Lincoln. The school gained academy status in 2011 and has approximately 1,450 students on roll. The school was graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in all categories in October 2022.
