The Academy is situated on an extensive, beautiful site offering purpose-built facilities on the outskirts of Lincoln, towards the Nottinghamshire border. The area boasts affordable housing and good road and rail networks to the South and Midlands.
What we need
Due to the significant growth of the Academy, we are seeking to recruit an exceptional 0.4FTE Deputy SENDCo job share to lead on the operations of the Specialised Learning Centre together with 0.6FTE teaching timetable to join us in September 2025. The successful candidate must be a qualified teacher and will assist in the running of the Department, to ensure that successful teaching & learning and development of the Department take place. The Deputy SENCO will be expected to work closely with the Executive SENCO and to take an active interest in the wider aspects of Learning Support and Inclusion within the Academy, helping to remove barriers to learning where they exist.
