EYFS teacher (maternity cover)

Job Introduction


Kelsey Primary School are seeking to appoint an EYFS teacher to join our fantastic team. Kelsey Primary is situated in North Kelsey, in West Lindsey. We are a welcoming, safe and friendly rural school with beautiful outdoor space, including our very own nature area.

We are seeking to appoint a teacher to teach our wonderful pre-school and reception children, in our well-equipped early years setting.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is hardworking and committed to working with early years pupils
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills
- Is dedicated to nurturing an inclusive learning environment for our children
- Has a supportive and calm nature

We can offer a welcoming, safe and happy learning environment where everyone is respected and listened to. We work closely with pupils, governors, the local and wider community to prepare our pupils for their next steps. We hold our school values in high regard: respect, determination and responsibility.

The start date for this position would be from 28.09.26 and it would end in July 2027.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
