Why Join Hartsholme Academy?
Our School is far more than just classrooms—it is a special place brought to life by our talented staff and incredible children. Beyond the direct impact you will have on a child's life, you will join a supportive Trust that prioritises your professional development. We offer a welcoming, inclusive culture where you are known as an individual and a learner yourself.
This development builds on the success of Hartsholme’s existing in-house provision, Little Acorns, and forms part of Lincolnshire County Council’s Building Communities of Specialist Provision Strategy, strengthening inclusive education within local communities and enabling more children to thrive within mainstream settings.
The hubs will provide enhanced provision for pupils with communication and interaction needs and/or cognition and learning needs, while maintaining meaningful links with the wider school community and promoting belonging, independence and positive outcomes for all.
Alongside this, we are excited to create new employment and professional development opportunities across our Trust and wider community as we continue to grow inclusive practice through our DANCE values and commitment to “Right Support, Right Place, Right Time.”
