We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to join our team.

Contract: One-year fixed term contract
Hours: Full time, however number of hours are negotiable (part-time is available)
Working weeks: 42 weeks per year (term-time + 4 weeks)
Working Pattern: On site, however remote working is an option
Salary: Grade 8 (Scale Points 21 – 24)
£32,901.85 – £36,376.71 (actual salary)
The admin team plays a vital role in our school. We are looking for a Finance and Operations manager to work with our team to:
- Lead the finance and administrative side of our academy to ensure the efficient and effective running of the academy’s operations
- Assist the Headteacher and leadership team with strategic planning ensuring the academy makes best use of all our resources
- Assists the Headteacher with the effective management of the academy including marketing, health and safety and risk management.
