Job Introduction
Due to the retirement of our current Head Teacher, the governing body of Frances Olive Anderson C of E Primary School seeks to recruit an aspirational leader who will build on the existing strengths and success of the school. The post is to start on the 1st of January 2027.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Head teacher who will embrace the challenge of working in a medium sized village school. Our strong ethos and values create an environment to nurture and develop the potential of every child academically and socially.
The governing body will appoint a head who:
• Is an excellent leader with high expectations of achievement and behaviour and will seek to create an environment in which children flourish emotionally, socially and academically.

Post/Salary: Permanent Head L8-14. £61,534.00 - £83,860.00 pending any nationally approved pay increases
