- Lead and develop a high achieving team with leadership through all levels;
- Maintain sound financial planning and management;
- Value people and be able to demonstrate an open and inclusive approach to working and communicating with children, staff, governors, parents and the wider community;
- Be committed to providing a creative and challenging curriculum which meets the need of all children; and
- Build on existing progress to deliver sustainable improvement throughout the school in line the vision and strategic plans set by the Governing Body.
