Legsby Primary School is seeking a Headteacher.
Introduction:
Due to the current Co-Headteachers moving on with their careers, the governing body are seeking to recruit an aspirational leader who will build on the existing strengths and success of the school. The post is to start on the 1st January 2026 or earlier if available.
Our strong ethos of creativity, individuality and tolerance creates an environment to nurture and develop the full potential of every child and we are looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Headteacher who will embrace the challenge of working in a small rural school.
The governing body will appoint a Headteacher who:

• Sees the whole child and has a child-first mindset when making decisions.

Fluency Duty
