Job Introduction

Belmont Community Primary School is seeking a KS2 Class Teacher (0.6) to join our team.

As a school we are passionate about developing all of the children in our care, enabling them to excel academically, socially and physically. The skills and experience we’re looking for:

- We are looking for a values-driven, committed and resilient teacher who will strive to provide excellent learning opportunities and outcomes for a KS2 class.

- We are seeking an individual who is always willing to do what it takes to navigate challenges and support pupils to thrive and strive for success.

- We are looking for a teacher with a proven track record who is passionate about learning, is organised and effective with a determination to make a difference.

- The successful applicant will be able to consistently deliver high-quality teaching with warmth and challenge in a safe and engaging environment.

- Experience of UKS2 and preparing children for KS2 SATs is desirable but not essential.

Fluency Duty

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
